Our truffle hunts take place several times every weekend during the Victorian winter truffle season from mid-June to mid- August , so bookings are available during these times rather than throughout the year.
Our truffle hunts are deliberately kept to smaller groups, and popular dates can sell out.
If your preferred hunt is full, you can choose another available date. Your voucher remains valid until its expiry date, so we recommend booking as early as you can once the season's dates are released.
Yes. Depending on the type of voucher purchased, gift vouchers can be used towards eligible Ashridge Truffles products as well as our eligible farm experiences including Truffle Cooking Classes.
Fresh French black truffles are a seasonal product and are only available during the winter harvest, so availability will depend on the time of year and our harvest.
Yes. Our gift vouchers are designed to be given as gifts, so they can be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated on the voucher.
Just make sure the new recipient has the voucher details they'll need when making a booking or purchase.
Yes, provided there are enough places available for that particular session.
Your voucher can be put towards the booking and you can pay the difference for any additional guests. Because some hunts sell out, we recommend adding everyone you would like to bring when you make the booking.
That's no problem. Your voucher can be put towards the cost and you can simply pay the difference when you book or purchase.
If your purchase is less than the value of your voucher, any remaining balance can be used towards another eligible Ashridge purchase before the voucher expires, subject to our Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions.
Our French black truffles (Tuber melanosporum) are harvested during the Victorian winter, usually over a relatively short season.
Because we're dealing with a fresh product grown and harvested here on the farm, exact availability can vary from season to season. If you're hoping to use a voucher for fresh truffles, it's best to keep an eye on our website during winter or contact us about availability.
Our Truffle Hunt & Farm Experiences are held during the winter truffle season, with dates released ahead of each season.
If you're giving a voucher before the new season's dates have been announced, that's absolutely fine. Part of the gift is having something special to look forward to when winter comes around.
Occasionally, weather, farm conditions or circumstances outside our control may mean we need to change or cancel an experience.
If Ashridge cancels your booked experience, we'll contact you and provide the options available under our booking and gift voucher terms. You won't simply lose the value of your voucher because we have cancelled the experience.
Gift vouchers are generally not refundable for change of mind, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
