These Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions apply to gift vouchers issued by Ashridge Truffles.
By purchasing, receiving or redeeming an Ashridge Truffles Gift Voucher, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Ashridge Truffles Gift Vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue.
The issue date and/or expiry date will be shown on the voucher.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will no longer be available, except where otherwise required by law.
We recommend booking seasonal experiences well before your voucher expires.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed towards eligible Ashridge Truffles products and experiences available directly from Ashridge Truffles, subject to any restrictions stated on the voucher.

Some vouchers may be issued specifically for a particular experience or product. Where this applies, it will be stated on the voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
Ashridge Truffles is a working truffle farm and many of our products and experiences are seasonal.
Our truffle hunts and other truffle experiences are generally offered during the Victorian winter truffle season.
Fresh French black truffles are also available only during the harvest season and are subject to the quantity and quality of truffles harvested from the farm.
Holding a gift voucher does not guarantee that a particular experience, date, session or product will be available.
Bookings for Truffle Hunt & Farm Experiences and other ticketed experiences are subject to availability.
We deliberately keep many of our experiences to smaller groups, so some dates may sell out.
We strongly recommend that voucher holders book as early as possible after dates for the relevant season are released.
A gift voucher does not provide priority access to an experience unless Ashridge Truffles expressly states otherwise.
If your preferred Truffle Hunt & Farm Experience is sold out, you may select another available date.
If all remaining experiences for a particular winter season are sold out, your gift voucher remains valid and may be used for another eligible Ashridge purchase or for an available experience in a subsequent season, provided the voucher has not expired.
The fact that a particular date or season is fully booked does not automatically extend the expiry date of the voucher.
However, if Ashridge Truffles is unable to provide a reasonable opportunity to redeem a voucher for the purpose for which it was purchased before its expiry, please contact us so that we can discuss the available options.
Additional guests may be added to a Truffle Hunt or other experience provided places are available for that session.
The value of the gift voucher can be applied towards the booking, with any additional amount payable at the time of booking.
We recommend booking all members of your group at the same time to ensure places are available.
If the cost of an experience or product is greater than the available balance of the gift voucher, the voucher may be applied towards the purchase and the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Gift vouchers may be used for more than one eligible purchase where the voucher system allows partial redemption.
If a purchase is less than the available value of the voucher, the remaining balance will stay available for future eligible purchases until the voucher expires.
No cash will be given for an unused balance.
Gift vouchers may be transferred or given to another person.
The person using the voucher must have the voucher or the information reasonably required by Ashridge Truffles to verify it.
A voucher cannot be resold for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of Ashridge Truffles.
Gift vouchers should be treated carefully.
If a voucher is lost, stolen, accidentally deleted or cannot be located, please contact Ashridge Truffles.
Where we can reasonably verify the original purchase and confirm that the voucher has not already been redeemed, we may cancel the original voucher and issue a replacement.
We may ask for information such as the purchaser's name, email address, purchase date, order number or other proof of purchase before issuing a replacement.
Ashridge Truffles is not responsible for a voucher that has been redeemed by another person where the voucher details were lost, shared or obtained without our knowledge, except where required by law.
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
We do not generally provide refunds for gift vouchers because of a change of mind, including where the recipient decides not to use the voucher.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Once a voucher has been used to book a Truffle Hunt & Farm Experience or another Ashridge experience, the cancellation, rescheduling and no-show conditions applying to that experience will also apply to the booking.
We recommend checking the relevant experience terms and conditions before confirming your booking.
As a working farm, occasionally we may need to change, postpone or cancel an experience because of severe weather, unsafe conditions, farm operations, illness or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If Ashridge Truffles cancels an experience that has been booked using a gift voucher, we will offer an appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances. This may include transferring the booking to another available date or restoring the amount redeemed to the gift voucher.
Where appropriate, we may also extend the voucher's validity so that the holder has a reasonable opportunity to use it.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
The price of our experiences and products may change from time to time.
Where a gift voucher has been purchased for a dollar value, that dollar value will be applied towards the price applying at the time the voucher is redeemed.
Where a voucher has been expressly sold as being for a specific experience for a specified number of people, Ashridge Truffles will honour that experience in accordance with the terms stated on the voucher, subject to availability and these terms and conditions.
This distinction will be clearly identified when the voucher is purchased.
From time to time, Ashridge Truffles may issue promotional, complimentary or discounted vouchers.
Different expiry dates, redemption conditions or restrictions may apply to these vouchers where permitted by law.
Any special conditions will be clearly stated when the voucher is issued.
Ashridge Truffles reserves the right to refuse or cancel a voucher where we reasonably believe that it has been fraudulently obtained, altered, duplicated, improperly issued or used contrary to these terms.
We may request reasonable proof of purchase or identification before accepting or replacing a voucher.
Our gift vouchers, products and experiences come with rights and protections under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
